  • All of our clients are given an account within Time to Pet, our client portal. With your account, you can schedule and modify appointments, contact us, and view/pay invoices. At the start of each appointment, you will receive a notification from Time To Pet indicating that the visit has started. • In the event your pet becomes ill or injured while under our care, we will first attempt to contact you and discuss the situation, followed by your emergency contact. If the emergency contact cannot be reached AND/OR we feel the pet requires emergency care, we will transport your pet to a veterinarian or emergency clinic on your behalf.

  • We ask that you bring enough food to cover the duration of your pets stay, plus a couple of days extra to cover any accidents or emergencies. If your pet is crate trained, you are welcome to bring his/her kennel. We also encourage you to bring any other items that will help your pet feel like home (favorite toy, bedding, etc.). You do not need to bring food or water bowls or any extra toys - we have plenty!

For walks, we follow mostly the same flow but often remove the food break and instead allow for 5-10 minutes after the walk for cooldown and settling.

  • Pet sitting provides in-home care for your pets. It allows your pets to stay where they are comfortable and in an environment they are used to.

Dog boarding is when your pet is transported to a kennel or other boarding facility to spend the duration of their stay.
